Investing in your mental health and well-being is one of the most valuable choices you can make. I believe that your mental health should not be compromised, and that is why the transparent pricing reflects our commitment to your journey towards healing and personal growth.

I currently accept the following insurance plans: Aetna, Cigna, UHC, and BCBS

Any co-payment for payment towards the deductible is due upfront at the time of your appointment.

I also can be an Out-of-Network provider for most other insurance companies. Please check with your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement rates (for many insurances this may be 30%-70%). Often, this may be a tax-deductible medical expense. We are able to take payments from FHA, HSA, and HRA accounts.

My private pay rate is $160 per session. If you are paying without insurance you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate. View that information here.

*Please note that EMDR intensives are not covered by insurance and pricing is as follows:

2-hour intensives: $300

1/2 day intensives: $800

Full day intensives: $1500

Two-day intensives: $2800
