Note on Anxiety & OCD therapy

I love using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for anxiety because it helps get to the root of those anxious thoughts and heal from past experiences that may have triggered them. For OCD, I usually combine ERP (Exposure & Response Prevention) with I-CBT (Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). We can explore all of these options together and find what works best for you!
