You may be struggling with motherhood

You may be feeling exhausted and overwhelmed by the demands of motherhood, which can lead to feelings of guilt, shame, or anxiety.

Are you constantly worrying about your baby's well-being? Do you find yourself questioning why you don't feel more connected to the baby you love so deeply? Or maybe you had a difficult birth experience and are struggling with distress or wishing it had been different.

No matter what you're going through, therapy can help you make sense of these emotions and bring you the relief you deserve.

How can I help?

My own experience with miscarriage has deeply connected me to women who are trying to become mothers, coping with trauma related to the dream of motherhood, or adjusting to life as a new mom.

I found that support and understanding in these situations were often severely lacking. As a therapist, I offer a safe and compassionate space to process your feelings and provide practical skills and strategies to help you navigate the difficult emotions and challenges you're facing.

Therapy Process

I am a PMH-C (Perinatal Mental Health Certified) therapist, who has training to better understand and support the unique challenges of the perinatal phase. I am trained in EMDR, offering specialized support for individuals navigating birth trauma. Additionally, I have advanced training in miscarriage support and attachment therapy.
